1. The Sushi Chef will carry the necessary ingredients to make a menu for the number of people contracted in the Service "KIBUKA a casa".
2. In order to make possible Sushi Chef’s work, he will need a service area and a stove.
3. Once contracted the Service “KIBUKA a casa" any changes of date, time, address or number of people will not be allowed.
4. The only way to make a change on a contracted service is canceling the wrong service first and then making a new one.
5. To make the request for cancellation and refund of the contracted service, it must apply through the link provided in the e-mail confirmation of booking.
6. The amount of the refund depends on the moment when the cancellation is made. If the cancellation is made:
a. Until 7 days before the date of the event, a 100% of the amount will be refunded. Only there is a charge of € 20.00 in respect of management charges.
b. Between 6 and 3 days before the date of the event, a 50% of the amount will be refunded.
c. Between 3 days and 4 hours before the date of the event, a 30% of the amount will be refunded.
7. In case of breakage or damage of the tableware provided by "KIBUKA a casa", the Company will reserve the right to send an invoice with the charges.
8. The service time of "KIBUKA a casa" is 2 hours from the arrival of the Sushi Chef to the site where the event will take place.
9. If the Sushi Chef reaches the site where the event will take place and he doesn't find anyone, after a 30 minute wait, the event will be considered as concluded.
